The living room has a superb gas fired log burner to sit around during those winter nights and huge bi-fold doors opening out onto the decking for the summer ones! The balcony has an outdoor dining table & chairs, hot tub and incredible views of Ingleborough – it really is the perfect space to relax with family and friends.
The property also has a separate utility room with extra space & amenities, a spacious hallway & separate WC plus a children’s playroom which also benefits from “trundle” beds creating an exciting and unique area for young children.
From the lounge the property opens up to three bedrooms in the main house, the master bedroom enjoys an en-suite bathroom and king sized bed. Bedroom two has a king sized bed & bedroom three has two twin beds. There a very spacious family bathroom with bath and shower. The fourth double bedroom is located 50 meters away from the main house in the chic garden annex with its own kitchen and shower room. This is the perfect spot for teenagers to enjoy their own privacy or for Granny and Grandpa to escape from the rest of the family!

We had a wonderful holiday at Ingleview House with 3 generations of family .The house is very spacious along with the addition of the garden room which makes it perfect for large gatherings. We loved the terraced area and hot tub and the spectacular views over Ingleborough .The location is perfect for sampling what North Yorkshire and Cumbria have to offer .
Ingleview really was peace at last, a tough few weeks preceded our visit and once arrived we realised we’d entered our own little idyll. So much room for us all to feel so comfortable but able to be separate if the occasion arose. Sharp knives, comfortable beds, great views and even some very welcome rain, all in the most beautiful countryside.
Our family had a wonderful break in this property - it had everything we could possibly need and more. Relaxing surroundings and extremely quiet location. We all enjoyed our stay - thankyou.
Such a great place to stay, fabulous views, big open plan living area perfect for family gathering. You need a car to get to the local villages of Clapham and Austwick- both have lovely pubs and well stocked local shops. Overall a great holiday.
The cottage was absolutely beautiful we had a wonderful weekend there the views were amazing it was so quiet and peaceful we had everything we needed in the cottage we were sad too go wish it would have been for longer now . Gorgeous cottage in wonderful surroundings . Really enjoyed our stay there would definitely go back .
